I have had all our cars to TG for service...
I have had all our cars to TG for service and am delighted beyond words with the professionalism and trustworthiness I have experienced there. Like many others, I have had more than my share of horrible experiences with auto mechanics, dealerships and independents (one blown engine from each as a result of shoddy repair work......one was a 2000 Malibu from the very dealership the car was purchased new from, Gordon Chevy in Tampa). As such, I am very skeptical and generally untrustworthy right from the get go. But I have had nothing but good, sound service from TG each and every time I've been there. The service reps are knowledgeable, respectful, and professional to the letter. All 100% on the up and up. And even though I have not met any of the service techs, I am assuming they are high caliber as well. As with any dealership, you may pay a little more than an independent, but from my experience paying a little more for parts and the hourly rate is a small price for work done right by someone you can trust. The trust factor cannot be overestimated. It just can't. Everyone is always looking for cheap, but that is simply missing the boat. Sooner or later that will lead to trouble. Trust is huge, and I found that at TG and don't mind paying for it. I don't know how long we will live in PC, but as long as we do, I will continue to use TG for service on all our cars.
