Had recall. Scheduled appointment for part replacement and oil change. After pulling truck in agent came out and said the part was not there yet. Told him to change oil and rotate tires while it was in there. Came back a week later for recall. Replaced part. Left for trip to North Carolina and low wind shield wiper light came on. Stopped at dollar general and bought a gallon of fluid for $6.25 and filled it up. It took whole gallon. Needless to say I a pissed about the whole experience. I am sure you would be too. The salesman was very helpful, friendly and polite. I had already done online research and knew exactly what vehicle I wanted. The paperwork went very quickly and smoothly.

Needed a thermostat replaces in my 2020 colorado and was qouted 1350!! Horrendous. Got 2 other quotes for 325 and 375. Because of this, I can't in good conscience bring the colorado or vette back to your dealership. Carl

Had my truck two days I had it towed I plug my computer in to plug something popped my friend is a mechanic pulled fuses to see if anything blonde he took out four fuses by the passion door when those fuses were in the battery you had a weird response but light stayed on the parking lights stayed on so we couldn’t get it started. That’s why I towed it to Tom Jones. They said I left a mess for them to test. There is four shoes on the front passenger seat that I left out because the lights wouldn’t go off so I put them back in so why didn’t they check the battery first put the fuses back in for them charge me all that labor tell me it was a battery I’m not happy about it. I buy my trucks and cars there charging me two hours of labor. I was at three. I can’t remember like I said I left four trees out on the front seat and I told the s savage person what I did I believe when you pull up on the computer that fuse box on the passenger side doesn’t take an hour or more two hours to figure it out so you have it on the screen where the fuses go then I was told airbag light was coming on by the Service person that they were taken care of before I love the car so I get it home airbag lights on, so I haven’t had time to go back so I’m not a happy camper

I am a new customer. My first interaction went very poorly - I scheduled an oil change and inspection that was urgent to me because I had hit road debris. When I arrived at the dealership you told me I had to reschedule because of an urgent meeting with all staff. I was going to give 1 more try and move on if not impressed. This visit was the opposite. Work was done well and efficiently, communication was very good and solid recommendations for additional things I need to address - this is the experience I was looking for and I will be back.
