Alex Page your service writer was great! Polite, patient and allowed me to cover the items that needed attention on my 2018 Silverado. Although I still need to come back because of parts on order I'm confident that in the end it will be resolved and I'll be 100% satisfied.

Made my appointment online. When I arrived at the dealership, my appointment was nowhere to be found. Obviously, there’s an issue between the online and the people working in the service department other than that everything was fine.
