Performed the replacement of recall perfectly. However, my concern about vehicle not being aligned was looked at superficially and dismissed as non issue, even though the vehicle is clearly leaning to the right.

This was the shortest time I've ever spent there for an oil change. I arrived there a little before my 2:45 appointment and my truck was ready 2:55. Mike took great care of my truck and I. Thanks!

Great service!!

This was the 1st time since I purchased my vehicle that I brought it in for service. 1. No one welcomed or greeted me upon driving into the garage. I had to find someone and then they didn't even know what my appointment was for. 2. No communication. 3. Per my agreement, I am to have my vehicle detailed and washed. I was told they don't do that. Only ran through car wash. Very poorly because there was still bird poop on my hood. 4. When my vehicle was ready I received a notification. No follow up just handed my keys to me and didn't even tell me where it was parked. I had to look for it. Overall, my first service was very poor and unprofessional.

Drop off was easy. Work was done in a very reasonable time and my car looks beautiful after the butler!

In and out in 50 mins for an oil change and tire rotation. Malik is the best!
