Could not have been an easier deal. Frank (Salesman) was an excellent from the start. He made the purchase process a breeze. Doesn't hurt that he is also a great person and dog lover. The sales manager made us Tennessee folks welcome. Start to finish everyone was very helpful. And did I say what great deal we got. Love my new 202y Chevy 1500 Trailboss.
