Our experience with Yusef was great. We did not like the model we came in for so we inquired about an upgrade model and Yusef had one on the floor and it already had dealer installed items we wanted along with some extra items.We felt that it was going to be out of our price range and was pleasantly surprised when Yusef gave us the quote. We had many questions about the upgraded model and every question was answered without hesitation and correctly. We needed a day or two to check our financial position and we did not receive any pressure to purchase right away and even received some additional information about the vehicle by e-mail the next morning. We contacted Yusef and requested a test drive and had several more questions answered. One request for the test drive was to take the vehicle to our home to make sure it would fit in the garage. We requested that Yusef go with us and help keep an eye on the clearance of the vehicle entering the garage, he promptly complied and the vehicle did clear. During our entire experience with Yusef he could not do enough for us, is a very professional sales person, does not put any pressure on your to make a quick decision to buy and often asked if we had any more questions or concerns that he can help us with. He prepared some of the financial paperwork to help speed along the financing. While waiting for the paperwork to be completed Yusef set up the vehicle connection with On Star and showed us how the systems in the vehicle operated and how to get the most from the systems. We left the dealership with a new vehicle and was not in any way discusted or exhausted from the process, which is the way we have left other dealerships in the past. This is the fourth vehicle purchased at Tom Gibbs in the last 10 years. Bill Atwood has always been very helpful in assisting us in the selection process, especially this last purchase which was the result of a broadside collision to my 2017 Silverado.
