Mr. "Coffee" was a man of experience and knowledge how every lever and switch was to be used.He knew the difference between 2 vehicles, which one had what. He took time showing how to be connected with things like blue tooth and on star. Again knowing different way s to connect do to internet problems. Never once did I hear in his voice or eyes a look of despair or anger. I truly never give kudos to these reports but I truly felt Robert Kaufman cared about as a customer not just making the sale.
