Honesty, integrity, professionalism … these are the qualities exhibited by the staff at Tom Gibbs Chevrolet during our recent car purchase. In today's times, no one is certain what to expect as far as the Covid-19 threat and how each company deals with it. I can tell your from a customer's perspective, this dealer takes Covid-19 precautions very seriously and went above and beyond to ensure the safety of their customers and staff. Everything was clean, hand sanitizer was provided, and the staff were all wearing masks. Bill Atwood was our salesman and he did a fantastic job finding us a car that met our needs and fit our budget at the same time. He got us an amazing deal which was priced much lower than any other dealer in the area. He took a lot of time to show us all the new features and made sure we knew how to use them. After the sale, Bill personally checked the tire pressure on our new vehicle and added some air because the tire pressure monitor indicated low tire pressure.
