Kyle was extremely professional. Was very honest and sincere. Only problem four straps were to come in the hatch area and they were not there. I wish there was a regular spare instead of the temp. Other car brands of the same size were giving a real spare. This was a let down. Eventhough the vehicle was built outside the US we really wanted the American name. The temp spare was a concern which shows less quality assurances down the road. Should upgrade to real 5th wheel spare and jack.
